Regenerating coral reefs in Thailand

There are many problems that make corals deteriorated. One is corals from healthy reefs have been collected. Second is anchored to concrete. Third is submerged in areas where corals have been weakened by both tsunami damage. Fourth is a bad fishing practices. However, a developer will re-establishing a diverse coral reef community. They will select a specie of each coral and transplant it. The goal of the project is to encourage the coral population to restore itself. About phenomenon of tsunami, this project aims to develop a model of enhanced coastal community elasticity with communities living in immediate closeness to the marine protected area.

In my opinion, I think tsunami is a big part that destroy coral reefs. But I think the most important problem that destroyed environment of corals is tourists. When tourists go to the beach or dive in to the sea, they always keep a beautiful coral. Sometimes they break it. That is a way to destroy coral reefs. It is a little thing for tourists but it is the first way to destroy the balance of marine ecosystem. The problem that comes after destroyed corals is destroyed aquatic animals. There fore, it has a disadvantage follow next to each problem.

How to solve this problem? The organization in each area have to attend to environment under the sea. They have to remind people that people have to obey the law; they cannot break a coral. Observers have to worry about how to tell tourists that is a bad thing when they keep a coral back to their home. It is not only depend on observer but also depend on tourists. They have to attend to marine ecosystem. They cannot do the thing that they want to do. If you still breaks a coral from today, maybe in the future your children will not see a beautiful coral reef like in the past !

Thai students collect gold, silver in maths Olympiad

When I read this article, I feel proud of Thailand students. I choose this article because Thai students have more efficiency equal than another student in another country. They have scored one gold medal and five silvers at the 2010 International Mathematical Olympiad in Kazakhstan. Overall, the Thai team was ranked fifth in this international competitionof outstanding high-school students from 93 countries. Each of six students like math’s, and some of them told that he regularly uses in daily life , such as time management and money calculation. In my opinion, it is hard to be the best in the world, but if they try, they can do it as well as a professional. Eventhough they are not the best in the world, they are the best in Thailand. This article tells me about some high school in Thailand that they have an enough efficiency to improve their students. They can improve both students' skills and students' thinking. Mathematic is a confused subject for many students, and some people cannot improve their skill to a right way. Students who smart in this skill have to listen their teacher carefully in math’s class. They have to think their own formula for solving math’s problems in a short time. They have to interest in this subject and try to improve themselves. Storm Mindulle brings torrential Rain

Tropical storm (medulla) made a terrible rain causing flood in many part in the North and Northeast.

A Meteorological Department's advisory said on the Tuesday, Tropical storm was centered around 150Km with maximum wind of 95Km per hour across Donghoi,Vietnam.The storm wasn't move to west-northwest about 18Km per hour and make avalanche over Vietnam on Tuesday night.

Heavy rain was to many provinces in the Northeast. people who live along hill and waterways should reside there houses for avoid a flash flooding during night. many road were under 30-40 of water.

Meanwhile, the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Department warning people living in low-lying areas and river site in 50 provinces throughout the country to brace for flash floods from heavy storm.

The 50 provinces are: - Lamping, Chiang Mai, Lamphum, Mae Hong Son, Chiang Rai, Phayao, Phrae, Nan, Tak, Phitsanulok, Sukhothai, Phetchabun, Uttaradit, Kamphaeng Phet and Phichit in the North; - Khon Kaen, Maha Sarakham, Roi-et, Kalasin, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Nong Khai, Udon Thani, Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu, Ubon Ratchathani, Si Sa Ket, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Chaiyaphum, Surin, and Buri Ram in the Northeast; - Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat in the Central; and, - Ranong, Phuket, Krabi, Phangnga, Trang, Chumphon, Surat Thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat in the South.

I agree with the government, because they done a very good job and manage a good plan for flash flooding that will happen soon. The Thai government always fixes or resolves a natural disaster on time and save many lift in those areas.

Decree to be lifted"when time is right"

Prime Minister said: The government has no plan to do with the state of emergency in Bangkok into the year, but now it is not the right time to lift it in the capital.

Abhisit told reporters “We have to make sure that the situation has returned to normal”. It’s not a good thing that we will change the rule in bangkok soon because the city is the centre of many things.

Mr.Abhisit agree about cancel the emergency decree in Chiang Mai,Chiang Rai and Udon Ratchathani as proposed by Deputy Prime minister Suthep Thaugsuban,who serves as leader of the centre for the resolution the emergency situation.

Abhisit said: he has a confident the authorities can keep law and order in the provinces.

However, he had talked with business operation on the northern province and they were aware that a political rally could affect the image of the province.

I disagree with Mr.Abhisit,because he needs to make sure that the same thing will not happen .The government should have a plan for defect or fix when a emergency happen agian.The government shouldn’t ignore about it because they will not know what will happen in the future.

Airport Link to open for business

The airport Link connecting Bangkok and Suvarnabhumo airport will start on next monday.Yuthana Thapcharoen said on Tuesday, State Railway of Thailand governor.

Mr Yuthana said the airport link's Express Service and City line systems will run every 15 minutes from 6 in the morning to midnight. The city Line have eight station start from phayathai before heading to the airport. Fee start at 15 baht.

The Express Service is a non-stop between Makkasan and Suvarnabhumi and the fare is a 100 baht per trip. The baggage handling system at Mallasan station was still in a testing period but should alright before end of this year,prople with many bags may have some problem with the check-in process.

The new panel to station the transport ministry's project to lease 4000 NGV buses or 64 billion baht should end of this month.

National Economic and Social Development Board(NESDB) secretary-general Ampon Kittiampon and the Budget Bureau have been invited to help consider the bus lease plan.

I agree with The government in this plan that they try to push up the traveler for help economic in Thailand.

Youngster on the rise

At Ratchapol Pu-Ob-Orm became one of the world's professional snooker players in 1990s, Thailand try to find someone and become a professional like him.

Thanawat Thirapongphaiboon 16,is the new hope for Thai snooker.

Thailand has a lower number that can come close to be like Wattana.

Sindhu Pusirivong,the president of the billiard Sport Association of Thailand said. He has composure, and that is a factor which is very hard to found in younger player.

Thanawat is very accurate but he need more experience. He is the one of four best professional in this secson.The other three are Ratchapol, current Asian champion Issara Kachaiwong and 2009 world U21 champion Noppon Saengkham.

"The other Thai player need to be more responsibility and improvement to be success" siad Sindhu.

On his debut on the world tour in the recent Shanghai Masters, Thanawat prove that he has a future in the sport. He has 48 wins over Justin Astles,MArk Joyce and Nigel Bond.

They say Ratchapol and Issara have experience but lack motivation.Noppon and Thanawat are newcomers in the would of snooker sport but still have a lot of the learn.

Sindha says he not surprise that China now better that Thailand in sport. He still remembers when Chinese player cried when they losing to Thai player and his organization have been working hard to push up with hopeful to another level.

In my opioion,If you really want to find someone to good at something, It really hard to find. If you can find that person, it didn’t mean that person will be succesful.All they need is expreince,motivation,a lot of training and passion of snook.

Army urges end to decree in far North

The 3rd Army commander has recommended the lifting of the state of emergency in the northern in Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai to give trade and tourism a boost.

Thanongsak Apirakyothin said he gave the recommendation to the Central for fix the problem of emergency situation for make a decision.

Gen Thaningsak said, Overall security situation in two provinces is under control. He not sure 100% that nothing will happen after emergency rule is lifted. But he thinks it should be lifted to restore the image in terms of tourism and trade.

The Internal Security Act still can invoke to deal with any possible problem. On Thursday someone found a home-made bomb near a school in San pa Tong area, officer can defused a bomb. Officer believe the bomb was probably the work of unruly teenagers and that bomb can make a lot of damage to building and kill many people.

Puea Thai party spokesman Prompong Nopparit said tourists have a negative feeling about emergency situation in Chiang Mai and Chaing Rai.

I think the government have to resolution this situation very soon because If this situation still happen too long, Tourism in the Northern part of Thailand will getting worst. Thailand will make a big lose about the economy and tourism.
